How do I buy tickets?

Tickets are located HERE. Note all purchases made after September 18 at 11:59pm CT will be available for will call pick-up.

Is there a festival map?

Where can I find set times?

Set times can be found HERE. Mobile app to be updated about a week prior to the festival.

What ages are allowed?

Ages 10 & under receive free general admission. All other ticket types must be purchased.

Will re-entry be allowed?

Re-Entry is permitted until 6pm

Do you allow refunds?

All purchases are final and non-refundable!

When do tickets ship?

Wristbands began shipping on 9/14 and are shipped in batches over several weeks. As each order is fulfilled, an email will be sent with a tracking number. For those who purchased passes after the deadline, please bring your order confirmation and government-issued photo ID to the Box Office to receive your wristband. If you have questions about receiving your order, shipping address, tracking info, etc. please email us at wegotyou@jampack.com

Is Furnace Fest ADA accessible?

ADA viewing areas are available at each stage

Are animals allowed?

While pets are not allowed at Furnace Fest, service animals trained to provide assistance are welcome

Does this event accept cash?

Please note Furnace Fest is a cashless event. Vendors will only take card. Credit card payments will be accepted, in addition to Tap to Pay with Apple and Google Pay.

What can I bring with me into the festival?

Empty reusable plastic water bottles, empty camelbaks/hydration packs
Cell phones and portable chargers
Sealed packs of cigarettes and cigars
Vape pens and e-cigarettes
Sunscreen (non-aerosol).

What is not allowed into the festival?

Guns, Knives and Weapons of any kind.
Outside food and drink.
Tents or umbrellas.
Animals, with the exception of service animals.
Illegal substances or paraphernalia.
Laser pointers.
Chains, chain wallets or spikes.
Fireworks or explosives.
Professional cameras and audio recording equipment
For the safety and security of our event, our festival team has the right to deem ANY other items not listed unfit or unsafe inside the festival.

Can I bring in a chair?

Yes, non-shaded lawn chairs are permitted one per person. All lawn chairs must be brought in through security without bags or sleeves.

What size bag can I bring in?

Any small to medium personal, sized bag (personal backpack or smaller).

Does my bag have to be clear?

No, bags do not have to be clear but are subject to search at entry

Are there free water stations?

Yes! There will be free water stations available

Can I bring prescription medication or medically necessary food?

Yes! If you bring a doctor’s note, medically necessary food can be brought. Medication will need to be in its original packaging.
